Course Description
Grades only mean something if they mean the same thing to teachers, students, and parents. The traditional grading system in music education is primarily used as a behavioral gauge rather than a metric for music development. In this session, I will show you how you can use the Google Suite for Education to transform your music classroom. Use metrics that actually mean something to you and your students as you train them up as young musicians. I will show you how you can collect, analyze, and report data in creative, efficient ways to maximize student growth and engagement. You will leave this session with Google Forms, Sheets, and Slides customized to your unique classroom that will enable you to start teaching your students more effectively tomorrow!
