Welcome to the instructor onboarding video for the Learn platform by F-flat Books.

In this video, you’ll learn the steps to be added as an instructor on the Learn platform.

Register

Start by going to “learn.fflat-books.com/learn-profile”.

Scroll down and fill in the required information. Click Register.

Send Email

Next, email [email protected] with your name, if you have a co-instructor, your course title, and a message saying you have registered on the site.

If you have a co-instructor, please decide who will be listed as the “main instructor” and who will be “co-instructor” and share this in the email.

After you have sent the email, return to “learn.fflat-books.com/learn-profile” and fill out your profile. Add your profile picture and a short description.

Complete Bio on Learn Platform

From your profile, click on Settings, then Avatar. Click upload, find a picture. Click save to save your profile picture.

Next, go to General, and find Biographical Info. This description is public and will be displayed along with your course information as an author bio.

Now that I have copied and pasted in an existing bio, I am going to scroll down and save my changes.

You Are Finished!

Now that you’ve created a profile and emailed [email protected], within 24-48 hours your course will be updated to list you as the instructor. This is all you need to do!
