Refund policy
Effective May 2026
We want you to feel good about every purchase. The policy below covers individual course purchases, all-access memberships, and organizational seats.
Individual course purchases
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on individual course purchases. If you change your mind within 7 days of the purchase date, you can request a full refund — no need to explain why.
How to request a refund:
- Open the order from your account page.
- Click Request refund — the button only appears while the 7-day window is active.
- The refund is processed back to your original payment method (typically Stripe or PayPal). Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
After 7 days, individual course purchases are non-refundable. The 7-day window starts at the time of purchase, regardless of how much of the course you have watched.
All-access membership
You can cancel your all-access membership at any time from your account page. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You will not be billed again.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a membership term.
This is the standard SaaS subscription model. If you forgot to cancel and were billed for a new term, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that charge.
Organizational / bulk subscriptions
Bulk subscriptions and seat allocations follow the same end-of-term policy as individual memberships. If your organization cancels mid-term, seats remain active until the term ends; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time. Pay-per-active organizations are billed only for seats that activated during the term.
Failed transactions and duplicate charges
If you were charged for a course or membership you did not receive, or if you see a duplicate charge, contact us at the address below and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charges in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve issues faster than the chargeback process and avoid the fees and access disruption that come with it.
